Communication. Trust. Competent. Adaptability. Technology. These are some of the descriptors I use for myself and my business. I have been a licensed Realtor in the Spokane County area for 10+ years. But I have been in the realm of customer service and relations since I was a young teenager working for my Dad's carpet cleaning business in Pennsylvania. I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals whether buying or selling or both. And the way I communicate this to my clients is that I tell them I am not in sales. What I really do for my clients is act as their real estate consultant. And this is where those terms that I mentioned at the beginning come into play. Timely and customized communication is the first thing that I implement with my clients. I want them to hear from me as quickly as possible and in a way that they prefer: whether texting, phone calls, or face-to-face. Or even Marco Polo!!! I have worked hard to build trust with my clients by giving my honest opinion and perspectives on matters. And this is fueled by my competency in the real estate professional and with the Spokane market. I am a numbers and research guy, so my clients are always well informed and equipped to make the best decisions possible. Lastly, I love to adapt for my clients' needs and leverage technology wherever I can to make sure that I position my clients to achieve their goals. My clients' success is my success! And I will do what I can to serve my clients and help them succeed.
