I would recommend Seaside Realty to my closest friends and family. Chris, the owner, is amazing. It took us a few years to find a house we liked and could afford, but he was never impatient with us. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and he never gave up on us, sending us properties he thought we would like. He always went the extra mile, doing extra research into neighborhoods, as well as possible risk factors, like landslides, etc. Unlike so many realtors, he was never pushy, and he never seemed to be in it to make a quick sell. In fact, various times he warned us against properties because he felt they weren't safe or had other issues. When we wanted to stop looking for a while, he understood. Even when we decided to pull out of an offer we had accepted, he was patient and understanding. He really felt like a friend who had our best interests at heart. I never thought I'd be a homeowner, but Chris really made it happen for us. I've seen a lot of agents out there, when we were looking at homes for YEARS, and Chris is by far the most down to Earth, most honest, most friendly, the most real. I remember thinking how other agents seemed so creepy and out for the sale. Chris put us at ease. We completely trusted him and feel so lucky to have found him. I really can't recommend him highly enough!
