On the day we put in an offer, the seller received a second offer a few hours later. We spoke with Chris over the phone and via text many times that evening discussing the details of our counter-offer, which we made about an hour later. He helped calm our heightened emotions and provided insight when we needed it most. It meant a lot to us that he stayed up well into the evening negotiating on our behalf and helping us ultimately buy our house.
