ZillowVERIFIED 1. Chris and we worked together for 6 months and he never pressured us to buy a home.2. Chris is a great home valuation analyst. There was a house we loved and wanted to pursue but he told us the posting price was overvalued and informed us that resale at the same price could be difficult. We followed up with the house, and the seller reduced the posting price 3 times and still unsold. 3. Chris is a great negotiator and strategist. He helped us purchase a home $10K lower than the posting price even though there was a bidder at the posting price. 4. Chris helped me get a noticeably better interest rate than my initial rate, which was very competitive. 5. Chris is very knowledgeable and well connected in the industry. As mentioned above, he can find you a great loan officer, a home inspector, an interior designer etc. etc. Whatever you need, he can help meet your needs. My wife and I truly enjoyed working with Chris and strongly recommend him as your representative.

If you and your partner are thinking about buying a house and dont know where to start and have a hard time agreeing on the "priority list", you should hire Chris immediately! He is very good at guiding you through and make you 2 reach the agreement on a list that both would be happy with. That was what happened to us and we had spent a lot of time prior to meeting Chris to figure it out, without success..Chris' background in construction business has added tremendous value to the house searching process. He provided honest personal view on the properties we viewed and served like a construction encyclopedia when we have any house or remodelling related questions. This has made the searching process very enjoyable. We finally signed the contract and closed house with a builder, and we had some serious issues with them. Chris stayed and helped us even after he received his commission.
