New construction, 4-Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an office, 30 minutes outside of Boston, and almost a 1/2 acre for the dogs - sounds too good to be true right? Not if Chris is your realtor! Chris is not just a great realtor he is a great person. To give you an idea of the type of person Chris is, we first met when looking at another property we stumbled upon during a Sunday evening drive. Chris met us at the property that same evening and showed us around. When we realized it wasn't quite what we wanted, and Chris was okay with that. We then found another property that had their own broker, Chris offered to walk the property with us, since we were first-time homebuyers. He did not have to do this. At most Chris would have only received a 1% referral fee if we bought the property, and to receive that fee, Chris would have just needed to give us the contact details of the broker and send us on our way. However, If you work with Chris, you will notice that he is unfailingly kind and attentive: during a hectic close, he directed our movers, went to the town to pay our water bill to ensure we closed on time and was a real godsend during the process. My attorney asked for Chris's details because she was so impressed by how he conducted himself during their interactions. I've been singing his praises for months to whoever will listen. I consider him my realtor and my friend for life!
