We explained what our priorities are, price point and desired amenities. She zeroed in, showed us 6 homes the first day, and after getting clearer picture of what we are looking for, she showed us 12 the next day. Not once did she bring us into a house that was beyond our stated limit. She listens to her clients and matches them to their possible forever homes. She is not pushy and not just after the sale at any cost. Chris is proficient at her job. I am not easily pleased but was delighted with her.
