Burnsy made buying a home feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. From day one, he was dialed in and quick to respond, sharp on the details, and always one step ahead. He had the answers before I even knew the questions, and his guidance through every twist and turn of the process was rock solid. And when it came time to negotiate? Lets just say I was very glad he was on my side of the table. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable (even exciting), and I never felt lost or out of the loop. If youre looking for someone who knows their stuff, keeps it real, and genuinely has your back, Burnsys your guy.

Chris has been awesome to work with. Ever since we've started looking for our next home, he has always been available to answer our questions, share helpful advice along the way, and arrange appointments within hours. We originally started working with Chris to help us find a larger home with more property in a very specific area. When we had to pause our own house hunt and shift our priorities to help an aging parent and grandparent buy a condo, Chris pivoted seamlessly and worked with us to close on it in seemingly record time. Chris, thank you for listening well and helping us feel secure in every decision we've made. Three generations of our family are grateful to you, Burnsy!

I cannot say enough great things about Chris and the exceptional service he provided during the sale of our home. From start to finish he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, stress free, and successful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and gave expert advice throughout the entire process. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

First off i wish there were more than 5 stars. Chris was unbelievable. I will start with the things I think that had him stand out for me. He wasn't a realtor trying to have us buy a home, he was a trusted advisor who never just nodded his head in approval. After learning my family's needs when I would ask or question anything, he answered with my stated needs and wants involved. It was clear our best intrest were always at the forefront. In times it is easy to get overwhelmed he was a guide and advisor that we needed. He never made up answers he had the humility to say I don't know with an immediate but I'll find out for you. He gave real time feedback wether it was in choosing the house, our offer and negotiations, or during the inspection. Even if that information wasn't what I wanted to hear he was always honest and that means the most to me. It felt like I had family helping me along this journey not just a realtor. I asked him every question even if it wasn't in his role ( mortgage, insurance, landscaping and home repairs) and he was always patient and worked with me to get my answers. It made what could be a very long process due to my over thinking into a very smooth fast transaction. I can say 100% that I made the right choice in home because I made the right choice in a realtor. It could be 8 am having waffles or 10 pm calling about a line in my closing paperwork. He was always there.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chris on my first home purchase, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From our initial consultation to the closing of my new home, Chris demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication. In a competitive seller's market, Chris's hard work was invaluable and I'm convinced he successfully elevated any offer I presented. Chris has a keen understanding of the local market and provided invaluable insights that helped me make informed decisions. He was incredibly responsive and always made himself available for anything I needed. I especially appreciated Chriss patience and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how small. As an example of Chris's attention to detail and work ethic, he would always schedule viewings in a way that would allow for efficient travel and use of our time. I felt that showed how much he respects the time of his clients, but also his ability to expertly handle each phase of the home buying process. Hand down, Chris's best quality as a realtor is making such a stressful and ardous process fun. He was always excited to see new listings. No time was ever wasted with Chris, regardless of whether we found the perfect home or a new learning experience. Thanks to Chris's hard work and commitment, I found a beautiful home without breaking my budget. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor. He truly made the home-buying experience a positive one!

Burnsy helped me purchase a duplex recently. Every time something hit the market he was able to make it very promptly, same day or next day latest if the listing hit the market at night. Super appreciative to have someone always ready and willing to work the numbers with you. He always made sure it was a home that fit what I needed. Thanks Burnsy!

Where do we start with Chris? First, hes taken his greatest personal qualities and harnessed them into his profession. Hes a fierce competitor, loves winning, and is extremely personable, all traits that serve well as a real estate agent in this market. As an example, when we went to sell our lakehouse, Chris scoured the previous one year of listings to see that not a single realtor on the lake used drone photos. Even though Chris hadnt sold a home remotely close to the lake, he put together his game plan for winning - incredible photos, a curated listing, and targeted outreach that allowed him to source the buyer from his social media outreach. In short, Chris goes above and beyond to align his personal values to his professional success - in translation, service to his clients. Another important quality is that Chris is also not shy about asking for help from his network. We had a complex transaction with furnishings and real property, and Chris sought the counsel of his network to help push things to the finish line. Chris integrity is unmatched. We entered into a dual agency to maximize the value of the transaction, and everything was clear and smooth, with our best interests in mind. Dont bother looking anywhere else, Chris has your back and will crush your home sale or help you find your next home.

Chris Burns was my agent for my home purchase, and he was great to work with! He works hard to find homes that would fit you, hes responsive, diligent, and resourceful. When it comes to questions - hes patient and takes the time to explain the process and your options clearly. Hes happy to go above and beyond to make the process easier for you. He even helped me lift a refrigerator through a dining room window when I needed help! Working with Chris is a five star experience.

Chris Burns is the perfect mix of professional and personal. We chose him to help us find our dream home, and sell our current home. From the very beginning, he never put any pressure on us and would be there to ask the difficult questions and fight for us when things got tough. He knew what we were looking for and went above and beyond to find it, and help us close the deal. He knew the best way to prepare our current home to shine for potential buyers. He is easy to reach, easy to work with, and knows more about real estate than any other realtor I've ever worked with. You can tell immediately how passionate he is about his work; in my opinion it is best to hire passionate professionals in this life! Chris goes above and beyond and actually cares. You will not regret hiring him. Thanks for a smooth experience, Chris!

Chris did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of my investment property. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive sales price while considering the current rental market for the area. Chris was able to handle all aspects of the sale through closing. He was friendly, responsive, and made himself available at all times while providing great advice.

Chris was recommended to me by a friend and he was a fantastic realtor. He knew my location of where I was a looking to buy very well and was good about staying within my budget. He was great at texting me back to my inquiries and staying on top of checking offer status after submitting. He helped me come up with competitor offers and was great at explaining things to me that I did not understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy in my area.

I have only worked with one realtor and I will never use a different realtor in the state of Ohio than Chris Burns. Chris is the perfect balance of personal and professional. He did a great job educating my fiance and I on the process of buying our first home and all that it entailed. Chris was very efficient when it came to searching for a home that fit the parameters that my fiance and I were searching for and was always quick to respond to our questions. He was entirely honest throughout the whole process and would always disclose if there was an aspect of a home that he felt would not perfectly match our own personal criteria for what we desired in our first home. Definitely 5 stars!

Chris was the first and only realtor that my fiancA(C) and I talked with from the get go. From that first meeting we had with Chris at the coffee shop, we knew that he was the right person to help us find our first home. Throughout the whole house hunting and closing process, Chris did an incredible job breaking everything down and explaining everything. Everything about our experience was pain free and Chris actually made it enjoyable to view all of the houses we looked at. Chris never pressured us into buying a house and I could tell that he genuinely wanted to find the right house for us. From his communication skills to his professionalism, I highly recommend Chris Burns if youre looking for a reliable realtor.
