ZillowVERIFIEDIt's hard to know where to begin with Chris. My new employer relocated me to Norwalk, CT so I reached out to Chris a few months before my big move. Chris graciously set up a phone call to understand my living situation and what I was looking for. He then set up a daily email that provided me listing of potential homes that fit my criteria. Chris would reach out every once in awhile to see how my plans were coming together with Covid going on. He was always very responsive and attentive. As I got moved out from the west coast, Chris was more than willing to provide me with a tour of the area and help me get a feel for my new home and the go-to restaurants, events, etc. We set up a long list of potential homes and Chris set up tours with all of them; handling all the communication, scheduling, logistics, etc. It was easy to see that he had spent his whole life here because his knowledge of the area was incredibly detailed. His knowledge of the real estate process was impressive as well. He could always clearly and confidently convey what next steps were, and what to look for as we toured, looked through listings, spoke with other agents, etc. Chris made what could have been some long days very fun and educational. He epitomizes the real estate agents I hope to work with in the future and I can't wait to do business together in the area again! I highly recommend him if you want a local expert who knows the business well.
