ZillowVERIFIED Have bought and sold homes with Chris. If you want someone who will "find" your home for you and be the competitive force that gets your deal done, then hire Chris. The Palos Verdes Estates market is competitive. When I sold my Via la Selva home, it never hit the market as Chris had the buyer for it with the right price. When I purchased another home at the same time in the same area, there were numerous buyers "bidding" for the property. Chris advise me expertly of what to offer and when.

ZillowVERIFIED I would think twice about using Chris Adlam. I initially considered listing the house as a FSBO having successfully done this with a previous home. Chris spent a good deal of time dissuading me from this. He listed our house and recommended we list at approximately $100,000 lower than we ultimately did. I later learned that he was already working with a buyer (who bought our house) which was not disclosed when he was trying to get our listing nor before we priced the house. Then he told the buyer one thing about the date they could take possession and us another, creating tremendous stress and tension. Throughout the process, I didn't feel that we were his priority or that he was our advocate. It left me with a lack of trust and made for a negative experience.
