ZillowVERIFIED Chopper and his team were awesome from day 1. He explained the whole process and was always just a phone call, text or email away. He works well with other realtors in the area and that made the final transaction much easier. We had a potential buyer that wasn't able to complete the transaction and Chopper soon found another one. His expertise in assessing our property was another great asset. He knows how to get the best price for his clients with out putting out unreasonably high figures to attract a client. That just wastes everyone's time. His experience was valuable in helping us decide what should be fixed up and what wouldn't be worth the bother. For all these reasons I have no reservations using him and his team in the future and highly recommend you give him a chance to sell your property.

ZillowVERIFIED When looking for a realtor we were blessed to come across Benny! He was very quick to listen to our wants/needs and found us listings that worked within our budget and preferred location. Benny was very attentive and listened to all of our likes/dislikes of each listing we went to and answered every question we had for him. He was extremely professional and punctual and knew a lot about each house we looked at (if he wasn't sure he double checked before telling us something he was unsure about). If you are looking for someone to go above and beyond we highly recommend Benny as a realtor. It was an honor working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Patrick was the buyers agent in the sale of my home. I listed the home myself and Patrick helped me every step of the way. He was unbiased and professional in all aspects of the process. He guided me, answered my questions, responded to texts, calls and emails within minutes and always kept me in the loop. This was by far my smoothest real estate transaction, all due to Patricks expertise and knowledge. His positive attitude and responsiveness kept me sane during a very stressful, out-of-state move. His integrity was always evident, and he went above and beyond to help both parties. Thank you, Patrick! Wishing you continued success!!

I am so grateful that we used Jessica as our agent and hopefully we will be using her services again in the future. Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had lived in our home for 49 years so obviously we knew zero about todays real estate market and how to deal with the process of selling. Chopper Russo and his team were there every step of the way for us no matter what came up. Even after the house was sold, they kept in touch with us. We totally recommend Mr. Russo . He is professional, competent, and by your side no matter what issue comes up.

ZillowVERIFIED When all hope was lost in searching for a home this year, I was referred to Jessica Bunone. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew I was in the right hands. She is unlike any realtor I have ever worked with. Jessica is talented beyond her years. She is personable, knowledgeable, available, patient, has quick response time, genuinely has your best interest at heart, and works tirelessly even after hours to find the best solution and your dream home. I cannot say enough good things about her! The Chopper Russo team is blessed to have her on board. If you are in need of a realtor, look no further. Let Jessica work her magic!

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin! From the very start, Jess and her team were incredibly warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the buying process - and about the new town that we were looking to move to! The first house we saw with Jess happened to be our first and forever home! Jess ensured we knew the timing of the process, what was going on on the backend, and was very responsive to calls and texts at random hours of the day - even to just ease our nerves and concerns, and answer little questions. We felt included on conversations and built a sense of trust very quickly with Jess and her team.We feel so blessed to have been connected to Jess and Chopper Russo, and to have had such a positive experience with what could have been a very overwhelming experience for first-time homeowners. We highly recommend Jess and her team! Thanks, Jess!

Review for Member: Jessica Bunone We had an incredible experience with Jessica. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. She maintained a great balance of providing us with thoughtful opinions and perspectives but without being pushy. She also recommended a great home inspector and bank for our mortgage and we ended up going with both. We have a young toddler and our schedules were often very complicated, but Jess was able to meet every single request for showing times. We would use Jessica again in a heartbeat and we couldn't imagine going with anyone else. We will be recommending Jessica to everyone we speak to who is in the market for a new home

He responded to us quickly & handled as much as he could from referrals to contacting businesses on our behalf when necessary. He was always early to every appointment & never made us feel rushed, even when we had a lot of questions. He was extremely patient with my children, which was a huge deal to me as a mother. Even during the most stressful last few days , he was calm, positive, & encouraging. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking for a hardworking realtor.

I had a very pleasant experience with Chopper and his associates with the recent sale and purchase of my home. I met with Chopper over a year ago and decided not to list at the time. He understood and was willing to work with us again the following year. We took all of his advice to heart and followed what he recommended as far as decluttering and taking pictures and video. Our house was in the process of being sold within one day of our open house. He recommended Gene to take care of our open house and Patrick to handle our purchase. From start to finish, we were updated every step of the way and everyone made sure we understood the process. Even during the stressful week during the closing, they kept us calm and informed about what was to come. Even though it was brief, we also met with Jessica during our final walk-through of our new home and had a positive experience. Any time I called or dropped off paperwork, the rest of their team was always extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Chopper and his team to anyone who is looking for a home or rental. Even though we are in our forever home and hope to not need their services again, if we ever do I know where we'll go.
