She is the President of LAMP (Logistic Assistance for Migrant People), a nonprofit dedicated to helping immigrants navigate life in the U.S. Through leadership and service, she also supports the real estate community as the 2026 Events Committee Chair for the Women's Council of Realtors Toledo Board. Always focused on growth and impact, Chirley continues her professional development as a member of the 2025-2026 Leadership Academy through Northwest Ohio Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Chirley Lima loves exploring new places, always with a good cup of coffee in hand. She enjoys traveling, discovering new cultures, and finding cozy local cafes, as well as attending church, listening to audiobooks, and participating in conventions and conferences.
