This real estate agent stalled a contract for a couple days after a verbal agreement of accepting an offer. He then surprised us and told us that the seller needed to wait on closing because they aEURoesuddenly needed a house to move intoaEUR?. Then two days later backs out on the verbal agreement and accepted another offer while we were waiting to sign a contract. Buyers beware of unfair practices by this seller. The market is tough already without sneaky agents. Theres better methods to sell houses that are honest and clear.
