ZillowVERIFIED I met Chintan in 2009 when after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis I decided to rent my apt. and move to a place where I could get the help I needed. I was in pretty bad cognitive and emotional shape. He always gave me the time I needed, explained everything until I understood it and supported me throughout that initial and difficult process. He handled all procedures with the board members in a very efficient and prompt manner. He has an excellent relationship with the board and was able to get me extended rent periods due to my illness. He always got me good tenants. I never had an issue with any of them. His extensive knowledge came in handy when I sold the apt because he was able to help my tenant who was renting and wanted to buy get her paper work in order and secure a loan. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and his almost nine years of service.

He used a fair market price and did not inflate the value. He has access to all real estate sites and and we even saw a "you tube" video. He knows everything about the real estate market in the Riverdale area and Westchester (the places we were looking), everything about the process of buying a home (mortgages, fees, processes . . . everything). Our daughter has used him for three moves; we have used him once. We'd all use him again. One quick anecdote to show how he gets things done. At our closing, there was a snag because an electronic transfer from someone other than us had not yet been formally acknowledged by a bank. Everyone present (lawyers, brokers, bank reps, the other party, etc.) sat around and waited. Chintan got on the phone with the bank, and the problem was solved in seconds.

ZillowVERIFIED I usually don't write reviews unless I believe others will benefit from it so here it is: my experience dealing with him was truly upsetting and stressful. His communication is spotty, unreliable, and inconsistent. It was hard to approach him with questions or concerns. I don't recommend his service.One thing that was very apparent was that he lacks attention to detail; he often gave excuses for arriving late or not informing us what paperwork he needed or disregarding important transaction such as keys and documents. It was hard to communicate with him at times as he appeared irritated as if we're asking or requesting insignificant things from him. Although we were paying for his service, it was if we were doing him a favor. We ended up requiring additional resources and help to complete the transaction due to his lack of care and attention.
