She's responsive and caring, and has become a friend in the process. We were lucky, and found her out of the blue. Ching catered to our schedule, making last minute appointments to view properties, and when we found one we loved, she reached out to the seller's agent before we left the viewing and started the process for us. She remained diligent with negotiations, and closed as quickly as we wanted (and as fast as possible under the circumstances). She was extremely dedicated and worked from the mintue we hung up. Ms. Ching listen very much and took great notes. Her dedication to deliver the up most and best service possible included video walk throughs, countless pictures, being available almost 24hrs a day for us, providing a constant flow of updates and information and even put up a good fight for us.
