ZillowVERIFIEDI have used Chet in the past and he always delivers. He has an exceptional understanding of the market and it shows. It doesnt matter if you are selling or purchasing, he makes sure that you understand the process, answers questions promptly and treats you like your home is his top priority. With this last transaction I sold and bought a home simultaneously. Chet and his team made the process painless and seamless. They worked behind the scenes taking care of hiccups along the way so I did not have to stress over minor details. Regardless of how many homes I requested to see, he accommodated my schedule without complaint, until I found the home I wanted. Thank you Chet for your abundance of patience and for taking such great care of me and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED Chet was outstanding. He helped every step of the way and made buying the home seamless. Very knowledgeable and we will use him again. He spent lots of time showing us houses and getting us into the right home. He was patient while we looked at several houses until we found our home. Through the closing process he handled communication and contract work with the seller and did a good job negotiating the best price. We had a specific area we were trying to stay in and several specific requests in the home and we were able to get everything we were looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Chet did an incredible job finding the perfect house for us fast. We told him we needed to move quick and he made it happen. He was very attentive during showings when we visited potential homes. He notated everything we liked and didn't so that way he could use that knowledge to make sure the next house was everything we wanted. Chet is kind and a good person, we would work with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer my wife and I were nervous to choose someone to work with. A coworker had the greatest things to say about Chet so we went with him. It was easily the best decision we made. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has so much experience he was able to point out things that as a first time buyer I wouldn't have known to look for. Chet helped give us confidence in not settling for a place we weren't in love with and helped us purchase a more updated and bigger home than we thought we would be able to. Best part is we stayed within our budget and never felt any pressure during the entire process. Chet told us at the beginning he wanted us to be able to enjoy the process and we did. Here's the downside to working with Chet, 1. You won't want to work with anyone else ever again 2. Even though he helps you find the place you want and will love you will think about how fun it was looking and working with him and be tempted to buy again in order to work with him. In all seriousness I wouldn't change any decision we made and if you are looking just give him a call he's a no pressure type of person.

ZillowVERIFIED Chet was recommended to us by a mortgage loan officer and my husband and I now understand why. He was professional from start to finish and very knowledgeable of how to navigate even the unknown markets. We were especially impressed how he handled tough negations and how to put in a competitive offer without overpaying for a home. With his experience, Chet can give very sound and solid real estate advice and hes all around very business minded. My husband and I look forward to using Chet in the future and will undoubtedly recommend him to family or friends. It was a pleasure working with Chet!

ZillowVERIFIED Chet was very thorough, honest and attentive to all of my concerns selling my (older) home. He advertised my home on many platforms that brought in several showings per week and my home sold sooner than I expected. He continued through out the process and even after the sell to address questions and concerns from me and my buyer. His professionalism & knowledge is everything you would want and expect from an agent. I will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to future sellers or buyers that I encounter.

ZillowVERIFIED Chet and his team are incredible! They were tremendously helpful in every step of buying a land. The process and information can be overwhelming and time sensitive, and fortunately, Chet picked up our call on a weekend. Chet was extremely responsive to our concerns and questions with email, text and calls. Throughout the buying process, they did an exceptional job. He demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and provided professional service and coordination with the financial institution and title company. Without pressure, everything was on track. We were able to close the deal early. Chets awards have affirmed his capabilities. Wish him many more merits to come. We would return to him for future business and recommend him wholeheartedly.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Chet Thompson with Remax, to sell our home, because other family members recommended him. He was amazing. Chet started the process quickly, and when we were ready to put our home on the market, he kept us informed, and worked extremely hard to get us an offer, which we accepted, within a very short time. He followed up with us frequently and kept us informed of everything that occurred. After we sold, we looked for a piece of property, with family members looking everywhere. After a little over 2 months, we decided we would look for an existing home instead of building one. We wanted a patio home with a 3 car garage. We looked on our own at older homes, but didnt find anything. We called Chet Thompson and asked for his help once again. Chet knew the type of home we wanted. 2 days after we contacted him, he found a home which was just what we wanted. We made an offer, he worked the night to get our bid in, and called us shortly after to tell us, it was accepted. He works tirelessly as a realtor for those who employ him. We would recommend him highly and give him an A+ rating.

ZillowVERIFIED Chet is hands down one of, if not the best, realtor in Utah. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and even took the time during his vacation days to respond to any questions or voicemails I left him. He is highly knowledgeable about building codes and structural integrity of homes due to his experience as a contractor. He will tell you straight up and not sugar coat anything because he cares that he helps you to find the right home for you that won't cost you thousands in repairs in the near future. I will never use another realtor again and he will definitely be my choice for all future home purchases. I highly recommend him! You won't be disappointed!
