Chet Thomas

Making his first foray into real estate during 1999, Chet Thomas applies entrepreneurial business acumen, housing market knowledge, effusive charisma, and personal experience to each and every transaction for buyers and sellers throughout Southern California. Born and raised in Huntington Beach, the Huntington Harbour resident initially pursued a passion for real estate at the turn of the century. Following the purchase and sale of multiple investment properties as part of his personal portfolio, he formally became licensed in 2006 and went on to coordinate transactions for a growing client base. By 2018, he had represented buyers and sellers throughout Orange County, being of service to successfully achieve their real estate goals. He joined eXp Realty of California as a REALTOR® in 2019. Thomas clings to a personal philosophy that cements long-term relationships among his personal clientele. "I live by this acronym: H.I.T.S.," he explains. "It stands for honesty, integrity, trust, and service. For me, it encapsulates everything from communication, negotiation, transaction navigation, and successful closings. It's about staying honest, having integrity, remaining trustful, and being of service. My goal is to help clients accomplish their real estate goals at the highest level." His sustained success can be credited to a fascinating career journey that brought him from professional action sports athlete to entrepreneur to marketing maven. As a teen, he started skateboarding professionally, achieving his first endorsement deal at just 13 -years-old. Representing top companies such as Volcom, he eventually designed a best selling custom pro model sneaker for Globe shoes--making history among the brand and industries biggest sellers. In the midst of his rise to prominence, he founded & operated 2 action sport retail locations, and co-founded Darkstar skateboards, which would be acquired by World Industries. As an agent, he continues to leverage this invaluable real-world experience in brand building, business strategy, and marketing, yielding sought after results.
