Meet Cheryl Yates, Your Eastern Panhandle West Virginia Real Estate Expert

With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Cheryl Yates is a trusted real estate agent serving Jefferson County and Berkeley County, West Virginia, including Charles Town, Ranson, Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Martinsburg, Inwood, Hedgesville, and surrounding Eastern Panhandle communities.

As a Top Producer with ERA Liberty Realty, Cheryl helps buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters confidently navigate an ever-changing real estate market. From first-time homebuyers and new construction to resale homes, investment properties, land, and property management, she brings local market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and decades of hands-on experience to every transaction.

Cheryl believes real estate shouldn't feel confusing or overwhelming. Her job is to cut through the noise, explain the numbers, identify opportunities, and help her clients make informed decisions based on their individual goals not simply what's happening in the headlines.

Her approach has always been relationship-driven. Clients appreciate Cheryl's responsiveness, straightforward guidance, positive attitude, and commitment to being there from the first conversation through closing and long after the keys are handed over.

Whether someone is buying a home in Charles Town, selling a home in Martinsburg, relocating to West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, purchasing new construction, investing in real estate, or searching for professional property management, Cheryl provides the experience and local expertise to help make the next move a successful one.

Your Vision, My Expertise.

When Cheryl isn't helping clients make their next move, she enjoys spending time with family, supporting her community, and finding every opportunity she can to enjoy some sunshine and beach time.
