Our house hunting journey started two years back, but Cheryl patiently walked with us throughout the entire process. Cheryl genuinely loves her job and loves the process of finding her clients their dream home. There were many moments we didnt know what to do, or were overwhelmed, or even thought about compromising... all home buyers can probably relate to the emotional toll this journey can take! But Cheryl really aEUR~held our hands through the entire process and made sure that we didnt settle for less than we wanted. I loved that she immediately understood our familys needs and aesthetics. Initially I thought that it was valuable to have a good realtor to help us through the searching process, but then we realized how lucky we were to have her through the buying process. Not only is she knowledgeable, shes extremely patient and willing to explain everything. Shes also got great intuition and ability to read people, which came in handy for our negotiations! In a world with Zillow and other real estate websites, the real estate market seems to be more and more self service. But Cheryl made us see why a great realtor is absolutely irreplaceable. The search for our new home was something that took over a year and Cheryl was very diligent in understanding what we were looking for made sure to screen our houses that met those needs. We have purchased a lovely home that we are very happy with and the sale of our old place went very quickly and smoothly. Cheryl took the time to explain different strategies for our sale and purchase and as things developed in both negotiations she has always been very responsive and engaged with our success. We did run into some problems with our purchase (we included an escalator clause which the sellers realtor did not explain well to the seller), however Cheryl was able to help save the deal from falling through. This was only possible due to her diligently following up with all parties involved to ensure One of the things that we value in anyones work is the ability to follow through and act proactively. This is something that Cheryl is very good at. She always keeps in touch, checks-in, and prompts you at the right time to ensure you are not missing any relevant deadlines. Most importantly Cheryl is very trustworthy and during our process we felt she always acted in our best interest. This is something that is key for a successful long-term partnership. We would absolutely use Cheryl again as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED The price Cheryl told us we could get for our home was 25% more than what we actually got for it. She never took the realtors on caravan through it, neither she nor anyone from her office ever showed it. No advertising. Sent a junior agent to run the open house with no knowledge of the house. She talks a good game but that's about it. I would give her no stars if that was an option.
