We had our property on the market before and never had a viable offer, then we contacted Cheryl to try and move it for us and in a very short time we had an offer and then a contract and a sale. However the buyer's financing company and agent were not good communicators. Everything was communicated at the very last minute and created some unnecessary/difficult hoops and processes, but thanks to Cheryl everything was taken care of to our benefit.
