About Cheryl Reed

Growing up on what has now become a 6 generation farm in rural Arkansas, Cheryl Reed's roots run deep in the Ozarks where the pride and joy of she and her husband of almost 45 years are their 2 sons and their beautiful families. Prior to her retirement in 2008, Cheryl enjoyed a very successful banking career that encompassed some 28 years where she served as a commercial, agricultural, and residential lender, and branch manager. The knowledge, skills, and abilities developed through this experience have proven invaluable to the hundreds of people she has served from all walks of life. With a unique understanding of the small towns and rural communities in Northern Arkansas, Cheryl knows it is not only the outdoor beauty of its woodlands and pristine streams that make the Ozarks so coveted and one of a kind, but also the fine folks who reside here. As out of state buyers we were looking for an agent to help us choose the right home. Cheryl fit the bill. She listened to our needs and wants and remembered them throughout the process, worked with our timeline and was patient with us. She arranged multiple showings for us, often on short notice. She even helped us while she was on vacation. She is down to earth, very friendly and maintains a calm composure at all times, which really helped us from getting nervous about our decisions. We highly recommend her.

Cheryl Reed is awesome! We are from Wisconsin and inquired on properties in the local area. She setup the appointments, took us to the properties and gave us as much time as we wanted.
