ZillowVERIFIEDCheryl was phenomenal as my agent! She was honest, thoughtful, and helpful through the home search process. She also successfully negotiated everything I asked during the offer stage. Cheryl made great recommendations on homes, and she is highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cheryl as your real estate agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDI recently had the pleasure of working with Cheryl to purchase my new home, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Cheryl was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect property. What truly set Cheryl apart was her exceptional negotiation skills. She managed to secure an incredible deal on the house, far exceeding my expectations. Her keen understanding of the market and strategic approach ensured that I got the best possible price and additional bonuses from the seller. Throughout the entire process, Cheryl was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights. She made sure everything went smoothly, from the initial viewing to the final closing. Her dedication and attention to detail were truly impressive. She spotted things I had no clue about. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is not only effective but also a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Cheryl, for making this such a positive experience and for helping me find my home! When it is time to upgrade, I will be calling you to sell and buy something else.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we first met Cheryl we thought it was a one and done situation. As we learned, the home buying process can sometimes throw you for a loop. Cheryl stayed calm and patient with us throughout the entire process. She went out of her way to search for us and do everything possible to find us our first home. After a few months, a few offers, and a few tears - the long awaited search was over and she showed us the home that we ultimately fell in love with. We are now the proud home owners of our very first home. And did I mention she did this all while we lived out of state? Having listened to our wants and needs and building a personal relationship with us allowed us to put all our trust in her. She was attentive, always responsive (even to my middle of the night or early morning texts), and extremely knowledgeable. I would 1000000% use her again and plan to soon for future business. Cheryl, Thank you for finding us our home. And thank you for being a friend to us during this process. Moving out of state to a new city, not knowing anyone is not easy. But you made us feel safe and welcomed. We appreciate you beyond words!
