ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Cheryl at Binkley Real Estate was an incredible experience from start to finish. Shes not only deeply knowledgeable about the market, but also genuinely committed to helping you find the right home, not just any home. She was honest, direct, and never hesitated to point out when a house wasnt a good fit, which made me feel completely supported and confident throughout the process. Her communication was outstanding. She responded to texts almost instantly and was always available to answer questions or talk through concerns. That level of responsiveness made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. She has a fantastic sense of humor, a sharp eye for detail, and a no-nonsense approach that gets things done. I couldnt be happier with the home she helped me find, and I'm so grateful for her guidance. If youre looking for a realtor who will advocate for you, keep it real, and go above and beyond, shes the one.
ZillowVERIFIEDCheryl is my go to when referring my clients or anyone to a local realtor. She has proven time and time again that she knows her stuff. Not only will she help you sell your current home, she will help you buy your dream house. Be prepared to add Cheryl, her husband Jesse and their daughters to your family!
ZillowVERIFIEDCheryl was a blessing ! We had looked at multiple houses with different realtors and none of them took us serious or were helpful like Cheryl! She instantly got us added to the email list to see new houses for sale before they even hit Zillow. This was something that was so simple yet incredibly helpful. We found a house within a few weeks of working with Cheryl. I still keep in touch with her because shes that awesome!
ZillowVERIFIEDCheryl knows her stuff. But the best thing about Cheryl is that she always has her customer's best interest in mind, no matter what. She was very patient and listen to what we were looking for in a house and helped us find just the right house. And during the process of purchasing the house she reviewed the contract and ensured there was a home warranty built in for the first year that the seller had to pay for in the event that something unexpected would happen... Which it did. In the first year our hot water heater blew and the home warranty got us a new one. She basically walked through the process every step of the way with us and was very patient with our questions and answered them very thoroughly. She is an example of excellence in customer service and I wouldn't use anyone else.
ZillowVERIFIEDCheryl listened to what I was looking for. She found several properties which met my criteria. We found the perfect home for my needs. Closing was fast and easy. Highly recommended.
ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent! Cheryl knows the area well, she lives there and is very helpful. One of the few agents who actually does this job because she enjoys helping people. The houses she sent me fit what I am looking for!
