In all that time, not once did she get annoyed at my pickiness. She was always there with words of encouragement when the available homes coming on the market slowed to a crawl. "Don't give up! Your house is out there! We just haven't found it yet!" We ultimately found our home and her negotiating skills and unwavering tenacity is what brought about the deal that by all intents and purposes we shouldn't have been able to close on! I had also contacted other Realtors for other properties I was looking at.
