I saw little to no value in realtors to be perfectly honest and I had zero trust in them. That all changed when I retained Cheryl Maddaluna to sell my home. I started working with Cheryl 8 months prior to listing my home. Cheryl THOROUGHLY went thru my house and helped me prepare my house for showings to maximize visual appeal, impressions, and purchase value. While I have always been meticulous maintaining my home; we needed to tweak, simplify and update a few things. All low cost items that paid off handsomely. Cheryl is very up front and honest ... unlike 90%+ of Realtors who just tell you what you want to hear to get the listing, put a lock-box on your front door, and then just show up to collect their commission check. She is a Real Professional and is the Role Model and Definition of a Realtor that all Realtors should aspire to. My home was large, had countless features and updates, and had very thoughtful and detailed renovations. Cheryl knew my home inside and out and professionally presented my home to each and every potential buyer. Cheryl personally showed my home 100% of the time and I never had a lock box. Cheryl maintained detailed notes about each prospective buyer, their feedback, proactively kept me informed, and negotiated & managed a very smooth deal from offer thru contracting, home inspection, and closing. I never experienced a Realtor this hands on and professional. Never. If my review for Cheryl is glowing, yes it is. She FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and I could not image what it would have been like selling my home without her. Selling a home is stressful; Cheryl's knowledge, experience, steady hand, calm demeanor, professionalism, and GENUINE CARE are second to none. I worked with Cheryl for over a year and finally found a dream home.
