I'm a top-producing real estate agent and consistently rank among the top five agents in my office of 180 Realtors. In 2025, I was honored to be recognized as the #1 individual agent in my office and the #1 agent in Bernardsville, closing over $21 million in real estate sales. I've lived in Bernardsville for 36 years, and I truly love this community. My deep local knowledge extends throughout Bernardsville and the surrounding towns within a 40-minute radius, allowing me to guide my clients with confidence and insight no matter where they're buying or selling. I'm proud to be a recipient of the NCJAR Circle of Excellence Gold Sales Award, and I'm committed to staying current in an ever-changing market. I regularly attend educational courses and seminars so I can provide my clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information. Before joining Keller Williams in 2009, I spent 11 years managing a building and rental management company in Bernardsville, which gave me hands-on experience with construction, property management, property flipping, and land values throughout the Somerset Hills area. Most importantly, I love what I do. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journey in a way that's both profitable and stress-free. I'm detail-oriented, approachable, and committed to supporting my clients from contract to closing--and well beyond. I welcome every challenge and look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals. In my free time I am a certified pet therapy team with my dog Willow. I also enjoy the outdoor recreation as much as possible.

FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Purchase the best location you can afford. You can always change the interior of the home or add on, you can't change your location.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
There are a few things you can do that don't cost a lot of money. #1 Declutter the inside, paint the interior neutral colors, landscape to give your home some curb appeal.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
First time home buyers, move up buyers, down-sizers, divorce settlement, estates.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold an estate for woman whose Mom had lived at the property for 65 years, It was emotional for the seller. Not only did I get her way above asking price, I was able to help her with all the emotions she was feeling about the sale. I don't just sell houses, I take care of the people behind the sale.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My husband and I had been flipping homes for about 20 years, finally I decided to obtain my real estate license. I was able to list and sell our properties on my own.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I possess a background in building construction of single family homes. My husband and I buy, renovate and resell homes. I can walk into a property and immediately notice what items will become inspection concerns. I can educate the seller about what he can do in advance of listing his home that will net him a higher selling price by taking care of inspection issues in advance.
In this market you need to establish a list price based on the active inventory that is not selling, not past sales. You should price your home more attractively than the homes currently listed for sale.

I would suggest at the very least decluttering as much as possible. Then you should have an agent come in an advise you on how you can stage the remaining furnishing. You can also discuss if rooms should be painted or left as is.

As long as you do not sign an agreement there is no obligation. I suggest interviewing 3 agents based on recommendations. Of the three agents, you are likely to find a good connection with at least one of them. Have a list of questions in advance of interviewing them.

Cheryl is a very personable real estate agent. She was very understanding of my family's needs in selling our home. She applied pressure when needed to get the most out of this large transaction (I.E. large amount of showings, staging, and overall presentation). She has great knowledge of Bernardsville and Basking Ridge surrounding areas. I recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home quickly while maintaining a fair and professional approach to the transaction. She goes above and beyond by helping as needed, even when it is not necessarily the transaction at hand, or apart of her job.

Cheryl came highly recommended and proved to be a great choice. She is knowledgeable and very well connected to Bernardsville and the broader real estate community. Cheryl provides guidance and insights and a calming presence to what can be a stressful event. I would strongly recommend anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in Bernardsville to consider Cheryl for the task.

Cheryl is a proactive and responsive professional. Great experience with her as she helped navigate some legacy issues with our property i.e. septic tank. She thoughtfully presented the multiple offers we received and provided solid advice on the various terms within the offers.Outside of the real estate specifics, Cheryl is kind and fun, punctual, responsive and respectful. *F*I*V*E*S*T*A*R* recommendation.
