Cheryl presented the various purchase options to me and quickly identified the type of housing and neighborhood where I was most likely to find the house I was looking for. After a series of email exchanges of candidates purchases and my evaluations of them, Cheryl made arrangements to visit the narrowed down list in a way that fitted my challenging schedule. She was always available for questions and satisfactorily responded to all my requests. Cheryl facilitated a difficult negotiation process and closed on my requested date. ZillowVERIFIED I found Cheryl to be very personable as well as professional. Although I also think of myself as rather personable (lol), I am very picky and rather difficult to please when it comes to where I live. Also, I dont have the income that usually goes along with my level of pickiness (champagne taste and a beer pocketbook). I know I must have been a royal pain of a client. Even under these circumstances Cheryl was very patient and accommodating, showing me many homes throughout both Camden and Gloucester counties and ultimately finding me a charming home in a nice quiet neighborhood. When I finally settled on a home to purchase, she was very competent and effective at taking me through purchase process. I highly recommend her.
