Our most recent experience was just this month and she really helped us achieve an absolute miracle! On July 3rd, I found out my parents would have no place to live in 30 days. On July 4th, I sent Cheryl a text asking for a phone meeting. On the morning of July 5th, I spoke to Cheryl and explained our dire situation and by the afternoon that same day, Cheryl was showing us 3 different houses and we found the perfect place for my parents and put in an offer by that evening! Our offer was accepted the next day and we closed escrow by July 15th! Time was really of the essence and thanks to Cheryls help, we got my parents a house within their budget before they had to be out of their previous place.
