Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, a trip to beautiful Arizona with it's record days of warm sunshine, bright blue skies, mountainous landscape, and stunning colorful sunsets changed the course of Cheryl Halvorson's life in 2001. Already a successful marketing professional in the Title and Escrow industry in Seattle, Cheryl traded an often cold and rainy climate for The Valley of the Sun's warm sunshine and put down roots in Anthem, a new Del Webb community development nestled at the foothill of Daisy Mountain in the beauty of Arizona's blooming Sonoran Desert.

Building upon 6 years of professional experience in Seattle, Cheryl's knowledge and career in marketing helped to support Arizona's real Estate Agents with their transactions.
