ZillowVERIFIEDMs. Fuselier is a very knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. She guided us through the entire process of selling our home. She handled everything, including getting professional photographs of our home, researching similar home sales in the area. Within hours of our home listing going live on the internet we had several scheduled showings. When we received an offer on our home, she assisted us with negotiating a fair price and we were able to sell our home quickly. We actually had a contract on our house the day after our house was listed! She also guided us through the inspection process and closing. It was a please working with Ms. Fuselier and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a home in the St. Tammany Area.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning Cheryl offered me real good advice about how to get my house ready for sale. The recommended listing price for the house seemed to be right on target. It was a good price from which to negotiate. She was able to recommend a couple of painters. The one that I chose, did a terrific job. She responded to my calls quickly. Cheryl kept me informed of progress every step of the way. She advertised very well. The first contract that I had fell through, because the buyer lost her job. Cheryl immediately took care of making sure showings resumed. There was another offer within a couple of days? But that person backed out in a few days. Cheryls calm, caring demeanor kept me calm. Within another few days, I had another offer. Closing occurred within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Cheryl as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl helped us buy our first home and made the process very easy for us. We spent months of searching for the right little farm, and Cheryl was always happy to meet us to look at 1, 3, or 6 properties if we wanted! When we did find the property we wanted she made the process flow easy and fast in our benefit. She has great contacts for all house related things and she answered all the "first time homebuyers" millions of questions! We highly recommend her services, she helps to make the process enjoyable!

ZillowVERIFIED Our home had been on the market for several months and just wasn't showing any signs of selling. We found Cheryl online. Never met her, just sent her an email. She jumped to work. Guided us through the process from informing us as to what the houses in our area were selling for to helping us with how to make our home more desirable. We had a buyer in less than a month!

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with Cheryl Fuselier for about 4 years. She was initially my realtor when I leased the property for 3 tenants. She was also my listing Agent when I was reay to sell in 2019. Cheryl proved to be an invaluable asset during the 4 year period. During this time frame she provided advice regarding thge leasing process. She also provided assistance recommending professionals for repairs to get the property in great shape for sale. She hired a professional photographer and prepared an excellent photo display of the property for her website. I have dealt with numerous realtors during my life, and can state from experience that you will not find a better realtor than Cheryl Fuselier.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Fuselier, was selected to be our selling agent and she did a wonderful job from start to finish. She kept me updated always even when it was tough to get in touch with me she found a way to do so. Never gave up. We listed the house and within 3 weeks, had a contract. The details to close wasn't easy and she made it look and did what it took to make it as easy on me as could be. She went above an beyond the call of duty by supporting my daughter at the town council meeting where signatures from them was needed to complete the sale. It turned out that there were no issues at the council meeting, but there could of been, and with her there both my daughter and I was confident it would get signed because we did all that was asked including delayed the act of sale. She is wonderful and I would (and do) highly recommend her professional services to all. Many Thanks to Ms. Fuselier and many more happy sales to you. Robert Babin

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is unbelievable! Cheryl goes above and beyond - she's not just a fabulous realtor...she is a wonderful, kind and patient person. I've bought and sold homes over the years with some pretty bad experiences with realtors but I finally found the very best with Cheryl. If you are looking for a true professional that knows her business and is honest and hard working Cheryl is the one for you. I've been blessed to find her and she has been patient with me, found a buyer quickly, takes professional photos and advertises in many sites. Tomorrow I'm moving to my new house which Cheryl helped me find. I can't say enough good things about her--she's one in a million!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl is Amazing!!! She helped us buy, lease, and sale our home in Mandeville. We will never use anyone else! She is honest and a very hard dedicated agent! We actually live in the Middle East and she did all the work for us. When we leased the house she helped correct any problems and called people and got different quotes for prices to fix our window and backdoor. Even with us over here she sold our house and took care of it all! If the oil company takes us back to Mandeville she is the one we will call to help us find another home. Thank you Cheryl for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was amazing to work with through our entire home buying process. Since my husband and I were moving from Texas to Louisiana, she was always available to meet anyone at the home we were purchasing to help them in our stead, i.e., termite inspections, roofers, etc. Once we closed on the home, she was more than happy to assist me in getting around a new city. Cheryl will be who I go to for future home buying/selling.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Cheryl on three real estate transactions in the last 8 years. I chose her because she has extensive knowledge about all areas of the Northshore and is willing to give her straightforward advice whether you are buying or selling. Her many years of experience in the area seems to have given her a great reputation when working with other realtors and loan officers in the area which is important to be able to do with all the changes continually happening in the residential real estate market. Cheryl also made the process of dealing with a family member's estate sale so easy for us in a time of grief. I trust Cheryl's professionalism and would strongly recommend her to any of my family or friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl is a very experienced realtor for the Northshore area. With every house we visited she mentioned how close we were to my office, local restaurants, and businesses. She is very knowledgeable with the issues with certain houses in the area. She has worked with many people who are relocating and can accommodate short deadlines with remaining aggressive. We looked at 40 houses in 3 days! Will definitely use her if we sell our house in the future and/or return to the northshore area.
