ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was truly exceptional throughout the entire sale of our home. Her communication was clear, consistent, and timely, and she stayed on top of every detail from start to finish. She always looked out for our best interests and navigated the process with professionalism, knowledge, and care. Cheryl went far beyond the typical scope of her role, stepping in wherever needed to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. Selling a home can be stressful, but she made the experience feel organized, supported, and smooth. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and would recommend Cheryl without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely goes above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED A couple of our neighbors sold their homes relatively quickly, so we asked them who they used. They directed us to Cheryl. Wow! aEUR|what a touch of class, and what turned out to be a very high level of integrity. Our home was a multiple seven figure estate on the river, aEUR|no problem. Cheryl brought in a very high level photographer, and then she assisted in the setup of the estate for optimum layout and results. Within one week, we had 3 very promising buyers; on the 8th day, we had the right buyer for our home, and everything proceeded quickly to sale/sold. This is only the second review I have ever written in my life, so obviously, I feel strongly about Cheryls honesty and ability to sell homes. Dennis & Debbie Woods

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl did an excellent job as our realtor. She was always very responsive to message no matter the day or time. We always felt like she was looking out for us. She went above and beyond to even help us with the purchase of our new home in South Carolina, by getting us to a notary for the mail away and even driving our closing documents to USP to make sure they got back out to the attorney in South Carolina on time. Thank you Cheryl for helping us during such a stressful time, we couldnt have done it without you!

ZillowVERIFIED I originally met Cheryl when she represented the sellers of the house I was purchasing. I was so impressed with how she handled the transaction, I decided to contact her when I purchased an adjacent lot from my house and Ive never used anyone else. Cheryl has been my realtor for four different real estate transactions so far and has always made me feel like I'm her only client. She responds promptly to text, emails or calls. Ive never had a question she hasnt been able to answer or point me in the right direction to get the answer. She worked tirelessly and kept me informed of everything that was happening. I never once had to wonder what was going on in the sale or purchase of any property. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate transactions. She truly loves what she does, cares about every client as if they were family and it shows.

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Cheryl during the Covid-19 pandemic. We discovered she was the Realtor for a property we were interested in Fort Myers Beach. She immediately responded to our request for information; knew all details about the property and communicated an offer to the sellers in a very short time frame. As we were not from the area, Cheryl was an immense help. She referred us to lenders, title companies, insurance agencies, various type home inspectors and local contractors. We closed on the property in less than a month after our initial contact without any issues. We highly recommend Cheryl!

ZillowVERIFIED John and Anne-Marie AllenWe worked with Cheryl Fischer beginning in January 2020 to sell her home, and we couldnt have felt any more at ease from the very start. Cheryl brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer which really created foot traffic and brought in potential buyers. Little did we know that it would really make a difference when COVID-19 hit. Our buyers were first attracted to the house from the website, so much so, they called Cheryl and after chatting a while, next thing you know theyre flying down to see it in person. A few days later placing an offer and purchasing the house!! Amazing work, marketing, showing and closing the deal. She made the whole process easy breezy. Cheryl was always available via text, call or email and her response time was almost immediate. We just could not say enough, thank you Cheryl and MVP Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl helped us to sell our former home which was very hard to comp. She marketed to the right client base for the type of property it is. Finding a 55+ community that was right for us(and our dog) was the next challenge. There were health issues for me during the process that left me in the hospital for a week and my husband trying to pack and keep everything running properly.Cheryl was with us every step of the way and went beyond what was required or expected of a realtor. You could not make a better choice than her.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl Fisher is our go to realtor in SW Florida. We first met looking at an open house and she was extremely helpful and assisted us with questions unrelated to the open house she was holding. We liked her so much that our mind was made up to keep this realtors card for future use. A few days later we were looking at additional houses with her and put a contract in on one. She was there every time we called or texted her. We were amazed at the short response time to our questions. She had answers for everything and connections to many other people; finance, inspectors, contractors, pool people, you name it. SW Florida is her back yard and she knows it and the people well. It's a rarity today to find someone with such a conscientious and ethical work ethic today. She was there for us. Holding on to her card for future use.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Cheryl Fischer was such a pleasure to work with and an absolute amazing person! She went ABOVE and BEYOND anything we could have ever expected as out relator. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable when it came to picking out our new (and FIRST) home. She was informative and honest when letting us know what would be the best decision/choice for US and our three children and not what she wanted/liked. It was as if we were her most important and number one client. She was attentive to our details and what we were looking for and patience when we would go to 20 different places in the course of a weekend. I would and HAVE recommended Cheryl to anyone and everyone I know looking to purchase a home. We LOVE her!!!
