She looked after our interest, provided me a great mortgage company, even did an inspection of the house to let the builder know if there was any issues. I would 100% use her again. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been looking at Park City real estate for the last few years. This spring we returned to locate our new house. Needless to say, pricing had gone up quite a bit. We were discouraged and felt like we may have missed the boat. Cheryl was very creative in locating lots and informing us we could probably build for what we had hoped to spend. Well, long story short, we purchased a great lot that she helped negotiate a fair price and even went a step further and really did a lot of homework for us to find out how to build. We would have never been able to locate this particular lot or even have clue of where to look for re-sale and good schools! Thanks Cheryl. We will be sending an invite once it is completed!!!
