Cheryl, "CJ" was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer all of our questions, and eager to find an answer if she didn't already know it. We really appreciated her communication, we always knew what was going on when things were in her hands. She was very gracious and understanding about us occasionally blowing up her phone and email with houses we wanted to see; and she was a great coordinator for going to see the listings, planning the route and timing out well and working with our schedules. She was also extremely professional working with a listing agent that was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've come across in a long time. No matter how frustrating or condescending the listing agent was, she remained professional and focused on the goal, getting us the house we wanted at a reasonable price. We also greatly appreciate her integrity and honesty, giving us her opinion when asked and making known that she would not help us if she didn't think we were making a smart decision for us; meaning, she would not help us into a house that was not right for us. This was a first home purchase for my partner and I, so having CJ in our corner made the process as smooth as possible. Will definitely be recommending her to any family, friends, or acquaintances looking to purchase their own homes in the future.

Where do I start? ????? This was a new experience for me, being a first time homeowner! There was a lot I didnt know or understood and it was also very frustrating at times! With that being said, I am more than grateful I had CJ as my realtor through this process. CJ is more than just a realtor she is a friend/family. CJ asked all the important questions to look out for my best interests. CJ not only made sure I got the house I wanted but made sure that the house was in my budget and I could live comfortable after my purchase. Through all the hiccups CJ remained professional and was there for me when I needed or didnt need her. Even after closing CJ is still there for me if I have any questions or just to check on me. I love that about her. It was a genuine experience to meet CJ and I dont regret ever having CJ as my realtor and now as a friend/family! Thank you CJ for everything! You are the BEST! ??????

I loved working with CJ. I started this process 3 years ago and definitely learned a lot along the way. CJ definitely was very informative and guided me every step of the way to make it happen. If I was unsure on what was going on during the process CJ made it her top priority to make sure I understood before moving forward.
