Extremely knowledgable, did a tremendous job researching the area for comps and what our house should sell for. Very professional pictures, video, even drone pictures. The house sold in just over 30 days with multiple offers for just below our list price. ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl Cook is an extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional realtor. I worked with her for three years as I searched for exactly the home I wanted. During that time, she was patient and immediately returned calls, emails, and texts. She went over and above what is normally expected. Since I lived out of town, she checked with the town hall and the building inspector on issues we questioned, met with appraisers, inspectors, painters and anyone else I could not be there to see. Never pushy, she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with as I looked for and finally found my home. She is now working with my son to buy a home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to help them through what can be a stressful experience. She actually helped to make it fun!
