We needed to sell our home due to a corporate relocation- we had only been in the home for 18 months and needed to sell fast as we were moving over 500 miles away. I contacted Cheryl because I had a home that I wanted sold. Immediately, she got all the necessary paperwork together, came over to look at the house, made pictures and put for sale sign in yard. She told me that she was listing the house on Monday morning. All I had to do was sit back and wait on the phone to ring or a text asking if I was available to talk. We had 6 offers on the house the first day. It was under contract the first day and she said we are closing in 14 days. Everything at closing was exactly like she told me. She even had a nice gift for us as a thank you for letting her list it. Wow,I can't say enough great things about this sweet lady.
