We were moving from Pennsylvania to find a home in the Unionville area to be close to family. She worked her schedule around ours so that we could fill the day with house hunting! She is highly educated, experienced and accredited in the field of real estate and it shows. At every turn Cheryl was able to give us direction and insight into what was going on and constantly worked closely with us on every detail. She did not hesitate to have open houses and take every possible opportunity to sell our house using online tools, her personal analysis, and reaching out to other Real Estate Professionals through her existing contacts and contacts she made especially to sell our house. Our house, while a high end house in Harwinton, required just the right buyer. Our house is in a wooded area and has a built in bar on the first floor. This house is not for everyone. Traffic and leads were steady from Cheryl and every lead was thoroughly followed up on personally by Cheryl. I do not give this type of praise lightly. It is far too easy to give mediocre service. Cheryl went the extra distance every day.
