We connected with Jarrett Baker-Wilkinson he is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His dedication to his clients, market knowledge and availability is unmatched. Before working with him I had tried to find a rental on my own with no success most of the listings I had reached out to previously would not get back to me within a week and some not at all. When I started working with Jarrett that completely changed he was able to get me all then info I needed within an hour or 2. He was also able to work with the listing agents to get us showing at a time that worked for us always within a day or 2 depending on the occupancy status of the rental. We will most defiantly be working with him again.

Jarrett was absolutely invaluable in our search for a rental home for my niece. I tried for days to find a rental on my own, but the websites were either outdated or didn't indicate availability, so I had to leave messages or emails for some agents who called me back and some who didn't . Jarrett was very responsive and began sending me emails for options that fit our criteria right away. Within a few days, we had found the perfect place. Jarrett was amazing in helping us navigate the process. He even found an error in our lease and worked with the leasing agent to have it corrected. There was miscommunication from the leasing agent that he handled with professionalism and finesse. He advocated for us in so many ways. Jarrett was truly a blessing in this process and I highly recommend him!!!
