I have over 19 years experience in Real Estate and over 21 years of experience in Real Estate lending. Experience includes selling, buying, renting, prepping/staging homes, investments, multi-unit properties, rentals, foreclosures, short sales, flips, first time home buying programs, local grants for buyers, and clean outs. I am your one stop shop and can assist with all your Real Estate and Lending questions and needs. I was born and raised in Chicago and now residing in the Chicago Western Suburb of Elmhurst with my AMAZING son. I recently decided to take the plunge and open my own Real Estate company in 2017, Buzz Properties. This has been an great and challenging experience with starting my own business from the ground up. It has been truly rewarding assisting my clients with finding their dream homes or even a place to call their 2nd home or investment property. I also enjoy selling and prepping homes for sale like it was my own. My expertise and knowledge of the Chicagoland area and my skills with Marketing allows me to assist sellers with getting top dollar for their home. Feel free to reach out for a Free Market Analysis on your home or a free buyers analysis to see if you can benefit with buying versus renting. Areas covered include Chicago and surrounding suburbs in Cook, Kane, Dupage, Lake, Grundy, and McHenry Counties.
