ZillowVERIFIED To say that Cherise is the best realtor out there is an understatement. Our purchase was one of the most complicated, drawn out, and bizarre situations anyone can imagine. Despite the long and tiresome process, Cherise never stopped hustling to get the job done. Although the sellers agent and escrow were the most incompetent people ever, Cherise basically took on the job of 3 people and if it werent for her, we would not be homeowners. Believe me when I say that she is the hardest working, most diligent, professional, persistent and devoted to her clients needs. I would recommend Cherise again and again for every real estate and loan transaction 100%. ZillowVERIFIED In mid-March my wife and I were given notice to move from our apartment of numerous years. Instead of renting we decided that maybe now was the right time to buy. We originally contacted Cherise on Zillow about a potential new home but learned that the neighborhood was 55+. Oops! But Cherise promptly sent us quite a few house searches for our price range and she recommended the property that we eventually bought. We are first time buyers and basically have no idea what we're doing. Cherise was up front about costs, paperwork, and walked us through the incredible bureaucracy of home buying. What we're very grateful for is that since we were on a timeline to move from our old apartment, we didn't have months to wait for paperwork. Cherise managed the process and gave us a pretty accurate timeline on when we would close and be able to move. She helped eliminate a lot of uncertainty on our part and has been an extreme pleasure to work with. Ultimately we decided to not only put in an offer, but also asked if she would be willing to represent us as well. We were new home buyers, so the home buying process was both exciting and frightening at once. Cherise was very patient and always seemed to make herself available regardless of the time of the day to answer any questions or offer advice. Fast forward less than a month later and we successfully closed on the house with very few virtually no hiccups along the way. I would definitely recommend Cherise to anyone looking for a house that does not want to deal with the stress of the process. She also has the experience to handle loans as well. We were tempted to go with her as well, but already settled on a lender before meeting her.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a bumpy ride bumpy ride but thanks to Cherise we got a good deal on the home we wanted. The seller tried to renegotiate the deal after both parties signed and agreed to the purchsae agreement. I never heard of such a thing. "WTH" is what i was thinking. Cherise took control of the situation. She battled it out. For a while I thought we may lose the home. However a few days later the deal moved forward. The deal would stand as is and we closed 30 days later with no hick ups. The financing was as easy as could be and she was with us the whole way. Answering all my questions and concerns promptly. I'm really happy with how it all turned out in the end.
