While facing the challenge of selling a house from out of state, it was crucial to find the right realtor to help me through the process. I found that person in Cherie. Cherie is extremely knowledgeable about the area and set realistic expectations throughout. While Cherie communicated well, used her network to sell the house within the expected timeframe, and often seemed to have higher expectations for showings than even I did, the most important thing to me was her willingness to go above and beyond.
