ZillowVERIFIED Cheri has been working to find the perfect house for our family for several years (we were rather picky on several points and our price point was hard to work with!) - but she always kept our best interests at heart, and eventually the perfect house came along. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy, textbook- close, but Cheri has gumption, and proved to be a warrior in negotiations to get work done on the home that needed to be done, going above and beyond in her job duties - jobs the other realtor should have done, not only didn't do, but I believe - lied - about. Cheri hurdled many issues in what should have been an easy closing, we now have a wonderful home for our family. To say that Cheri will work for her clients for what is best for EVERYONE (seller and buyer), how professional she stays at every turn, and that she is one you can rely on, is a gross understatement of her qualities.

We drove up and met with Cheri, but the house was just not what we were looking for. She had other houses lined up that day, but still nothing that caught our eye. We told her what we were looking for; and about a month after that first meeting...she called and said she had a house for us to look at. We drove up, fell in love with the house, and put an offer in that day. Cheri listened to what we were looking for; she was very professional and most of all...knowledgeable about the real estate in the Black Hills. The whole process was painless. From looking and finding a house; to placing an offer and closing. We would absolutely go with Cheri again IF we were to sell (not gonna happen) and we would absolutely refer her to our family and friends.

She was very patient and actually showed it to me three times. I bought the house and after I finished the project listed it with her. She priced it just right and had an open house the first possible weekend. When financing fell through for a buyer, she had already found another buyer and took a back-up offer for what I feel was top of the market for that house. Through the whole process, she kept me informed and understood my needs. I look forward to working with her again.

I get excited when she calls me because she always has good news and never gives up on a sale. She is a hard worker, very dependable, extreemly smart and very warm. I consider her a good friend and i would never do business with anybody else unless Cheri referred me. I totally trust her because she cares about what is best for me and not her sale. So many in the real estate business are arogant self centered business people. Not Cheri. She is all heart and brains, and not to mention, very beautiful inside and out. ZillowVERIFIED Cheri was very patient with us! My husband and I had different opinions about what we wanted out of a home and so we went through quite a few houses. I would email her possibilities and she would respond almost immediately or within the next day. Any questions we had, she either knew or she found out for us. We finally found a home that we BOTH agreed on. The bad thing, the couple wasn't sure if they wanted to move during the winter months. But Cheri helped us negotiate with the couple and we found some common ground and now, we live in our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheri was amazing! We were moving in from the other side of the state, and had limited time, and knowledge of the area's listings. We had contacted a few real estate agents just by the numbers we found on signs outside of houses, and were NOT impressed with the service we got. And then, oh joy! we found Cheri just by seeing her number online next to a listing we were curious about. I called, and from that point on we had the most helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating agent. The time she took with us in person, online, and helping us through the whole process was extremely generous. She was so terrific she even took time out of her schedule to take and send me a picture of our installed carpet (that was not in yet when we bought the house) just so I could see the color :) My husband and I would recommend her to anyone. She made our transition out to the Black Hills smoother than we ever could have done with anyone else. Thank you Cheri!
