ZillowVERIFIED Cheri is amazing. She is a long-time neighbor and really knows the Upper Bucks area, the special ins and outs of our neighborhood. She introduced us to amazing contacts who made our complicated situation a lot easier to handle. Cheri is extremely technically adept as far as property values, septic issues, and contingency situations. But I think there are a couple of things that separate her from the pack. She is very well connected to the community and introduced us to a number of tradespeople who helped with everything from electrical to plumbing to septic system installation to junk hauling and moving. I think the most important trait is Cheri's ability to always focus on the final product - getting the house sold - while being honest and supportive about managing interpersonal issues. She kept us going when we encountered bumps in the road, and her positive attitude made me feel less stressed throughout the big life event of selling our family home.
