We used Cher in both buying this home five years ago and in selling it today she was knowledgeable in both buying and selling. Shes very easy to work with, always upbeat even when I was down she was always there to boost me up. She goes above and beyond what a normal realtor would do and I have dealt with many in my 67 years! She definitely works hard for her commission and deserves every penny of it! You cant do better than Cher!

Cheramie is literally superwoman. We had a very unusual and long loan process. Cheramie made sure every day that she was in contact with the lender and making sure everything was getting done. She never took no for an answer. If I ever had any questions she would immediately answer the phone. I loved that she would take the time to explain things in detail to us. She definitely went above and beyond for us. We had a last minute item that needed to be notarized, and Cheramie immediately started calling notaries and then paid for it! If you want the best realtor around I seriously and highly recommend Cher!! I dont think we could have made it into our dream home without her.

Cheramie was the absolute best to work with! She has an amazing work ethic and was so responsive. We were looking for a vacation condo online since we live in another state. Cheramie took videos of multiple properties for us so that we determine what we wanted to see in person. She really listened to what we wanted and helped narrow down choices for us. From the beginning, we told Cheramie we were not in a hurry and would only make an offer on the exact place we wanted, and she did not pressure us and we felt like VIP clients. After the purchase, we needed a repair and since we are not local, Cheramie met the repairman and ensured the fix was made. She is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.
