She was absolutely amazing. I called in need under some rather untraditional circumstances and she found me a place in 3 days. I had a lease sign in a week and keys in my hand the beginning of the month. Very attentive and available anytime I called for any reason.

Chequita was so helpful during my move! Someone actually stole a package of mine that arrived early, and she found out their identity from the security footage, confronted them, and got my package back! Chequita was very helpful with everything regarding this move. Ive been in the same area for 14 yrs and was ready to move out of the area and into an updated unit. She was very knowledgeable about the areas I was interested in seeing housing in and even suggested some areas I didnt even think about, that had some great opportunities as well. She showed me a couple of places and from there I told her what I liked and didnt. Then finally showed me 1 that totally fit me. She really listened to me and found me exactly what I was looking for. She even helped me find reliable movers that made this move really easy and smooth. Shes reliable and her communication with you, the seller, buyer is a plus. Shes very transparent with everything thats going on with the deal/closing. Ill definitely recommend her to anybody thats looking to buy or rent.
