ZillowVERIFIED Chemikia Johnson provided an amazing home buying experience. We carefully selected her after reading her online profile. Chemikia impressed us from day one. She allowed us the freedom to make choices that we wanted but guided us when it was necessary. Chemikia made herself available to us whenever we needed. She worked so hard behind the scenes to make the home buying process seamless for us. This was the easiest home buying experience we have ever had. Chemikia went above and beyond checking on our home for us since we were moving from out of state. She is truly an amazing person and you can immediately tell when speaking with her that she is passionate about her job and her clients. We HIGHLY recommend Chemikia.

ZillowVERIFIED Chemikia listed my parents home after my father passed away. She was extremely patient in working my mother, especially when the listing proved to be somewhat challenging due to a couple of withdrawn offers and a demanding lender on the buyers end. Her expertise and calm assurances kept us going and we sold the home for considerably more than we expected to, which I honestly dont believe would have occurred had we listed with someone else. We will always be thankful for her and I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Chemikias knowledge of the market and area is second to none. Her suggestions in preparing my home to sell paid off in ways that I had never imagined. Once we listed the home, we has several showing scheduled within 24 hours and an offer and contract within 48 hours. 4 weeks later, we sold the home ABOVE asking price.
