ZillowVERIFIED Chelynn and Joe have gone above and beyond for my husband and I during our first time home buying experience. We could not have asked for a better realtor. We had a one of a kind difficult situation that they took care of perfectly in every way possible! We closed on our home in March and Chelynn is so amazing, she even is still keeping in contact with me helping me out with things on my house months later. We recommend these two 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted The Broughton's through there website. They called us within 10 minutes of filling out there online form. Within the hour of talking with them about what we want and budget, we had an email of listings. We went through them that night and they took us to see our favorites 2 days later. We fell in love that day! Chelynn and Joe took us right back tk there office, wrote up the offer, even had dinner with us while they explained all the paperwork to us. By the next morning we had a house! They scheduled everything for us and keep us updated, sat with us through closing, and came to visit after we closed and moved in. They were great and very easy to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Joe and Chelynn to help us buy our first house! Overall they were terrific to deal with and we always felt like they were advocating on our behalf. Even after purchase we have kept in touch with them if we have needed referrals for maintenance or landscaping issues. Throughout our relationship they have been professional and kind, always prompt and easy to deal with. They were also patient with our many questions as anxious first time home buyers. I would happily use their services again in the future without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Chelynn and Joe worked diligently with our family during a very stressful time. As first time home buyers, we were a bit intimidated by the process, but they walked us through every step. If you are buying or selling a home, I can't recommend them highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with the Broughton's. They made sure that all the proper inspections were done before purchasing the house. They also directed me in areas I wasn't quite sure about. I will be referring them to family and friends if the need arises for them needing a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Joe & Chelynn hung with our family through a lot. We were first-time home buyers, but in offers on more than one property and it took several months for title issues with the property we finally purchased to be resolved. They are flexible and enjoy what they do. If we need to move in the future, we'll use them again and recommend you do as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and want to work with people to find their next home. Professional, reliable, and a great team to work with. They were able to give my wife and I advice on how to list our home, list the home, have an open house and sell it within a short time! They then helped us find our next home and close quickly with a reliable network of inspectors, title people, and was able to get us into our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED They were both extremely helpful and patient with me. When I started looking for my first home I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house. They led me through every step of the process and made it as painless as possible. They made sure everything was done how and when it was supposed to be. They were both honest with me about houses we looked at. They didn't just want to make a sale, they wanted to make sure I was happy in my home.
