ZillowVERIFIEDChelsey is an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond in finding me and my husband our first home. She has an extremely keen eye for what prospective buyers are looking for. Chelsey worked with us and secured our first home while we were still several states away! We entrusted her with our vision and she killed it. Without having met us in person, she understood our hopes as well as our limitations and found multiple amazing options, ultimately landing us in a perfect location with everything we hoped for. Chelsey truly puts you first and understands what it's like to be a new home buyer! We would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsey was hands down amazing! She heard what we wanted, helped us go through what felt like a million houses until we finally found our home! Were a larger family and all of us wanted to go to every single house and she was on board for it all! She not only heard our wants and needs but also our likes and dislikes. Our family loved this experience. She is professional, friendly, passionate, and resourceful! This is who you want to help make your home buying experience phenomenal!! This is your go to gal! I can promise you wont be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsey was awesome to work with. As a military family shopping from out of town, we really needed someone we could trust, and she constantly went above and beyond, taking detailed videos of properties, walking us through everything, and making the whole process feel way less stressful. She was always super responsive, and her strong market knowledge made us feel completely comfortable from start to finish. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor or home buying experience. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsey Guilfu and her colleagues at Huff Realty Team are amazing. She eased the homebuying process by doing the extra legwork to go above and beyond when locating our forever home. Since we were retiring from out of state, Chelsey took the time to walk us through the houses on facetime as well as sending videos to help us decide. Once we found it, Chelsea had the experience and forethought to structure the contract in a way that was most benefical to us. We are very pleased with her and the entire way she navigated this tedious process with us. Thank you, Chelsey!

ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasant surprise. I had my eye on a particular home that Chelsey was listed as the agent. That home didn't work out as it was on contract. Chelsey worked tirelessly to keep me aware of the available homes in the area, and was available on my schedule for all home visits and correspondence. After I found what I was looking for, Chelsey shepherded me thru the process, answered my many questions, and delivered on contacts I would need to make it an easy process. I didn't just gain a realtor. I gained a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Chelsey was recommended as an agent to use from a military lender. We were moving from Chicago back to Texas and were adamant on what we were looking for as this was our third time purchasing, but we had to sell our home in the Chicago area first. Chelsea was with us from beginning to end and all the hiccups in between. We know we will use Chelsey again when we decide to buy again!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Our experience with our realtor, Chelsey Guilfu, was absolutely outstanding. As first time home buyers, she was HANDS on and always answered our questions thoroughly with no hesitation. As we were house hunting, Chelsey was very verbal in what she saw visibly on pros and cons the house had that we wouldnt have even noticed ourselves. My husband and I are so greatly appreciative for having her as our realtor, as we liked to call her, our second mom! No question was a silly question. We seriously didnt know everything that went into buying a home and she was very attentive all the way through the process of purchasing our home. So happy she helped us purchase our first house??
