ReviewChelsea did an amazing job selling our home. From the beginning, she stood out from the other realtors we met with because of her knowledge, professionalism, and clear expertise. She guided us through the entire process with confidence and helped our home sell quickly. She also went above and beyond, even stepping in to assist the buyers when needed to help keep everything moving smoothly. We truly appreciated her dedication and would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Review Chelsea was so knowledgeable, proactive and committed! Our last realtor had been a nightmare experience but Chelsea is the best out there; she goes way above and beyond in every aspect and she put us completely at ease throughout the entire process. I've already recommended her to family and friends!

Review Chelsea provides excellent and consistent communication. She gives honest and transparent advice. The most important thing an agent can provide is critical thinking skills, LISTENING skills, and strong negotiation skills, that alone, is the reason I would have Chelsea represent me again on my next sale/purchase.

Review Chelsea was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients. Chelsea always made herself available to answer our questions and show us homes. She was patient, never made us feel rushed and her knowledge of the local market had us looking at the houses we liked. We highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Idaho. She is an outstanding realtor and a wonderful person to work with.

Review Can't recommend Chelsea Swan enough! Like my family and I, she has moved from out of state and has the experience that she can bring to anyone else making that move. My wife and I were very impressed by how prompt her communication was and the unbelievable network of resources she was able to recommend which is clearly why she is an elite real estate agent! She has exceptional negotiating skills and she made what seemed might be a tough situation very easy and handled it as professionally as you could want. Whether you are considering moving now or a year from now, definitely call Chelsea!

Review Chelsea works very hard for us, we are not the easiest buyers and she bends over backwards to accommodate us and our schedule. Cant recommend her enough. She has even taken her sxs out to get to a remote piece of property to inspect it for us.

Review Working with Chelsea to buy our cabin in Cascade was an absolute game-changer. From our first meeting, their deep knowledge of local market trends put us completely at ease. When a surprise issue came up during our home inspection, Chelsea solved it immediately and negotiated a credit with the seller that saved us thousands. Their communication was prompt and clear at every single step. We couldn't have secured our dream home without them, and we recommend them to anyone!

Review Chelsea was very professional and kind while assisting me with the purchase of my new home She also was very patient with an old man. She spent more time with me than was required of an agent. Because of my age, 81, I needed more help than the average buyer. She did the little things that made buying a much easier. We need more people in this world like Chelsea Swan. I spent years with my own insurance agency and I understand what good service is and Chelsea goes well beyond. If you need a great real-estate agent, Chelsea is my unequivocal recommendation.

Review She is by a wide margin the best Ive ever worked with and Ive had 3 Realitors in the past. Always on time. Always in contact. Her knowledge of the profession is amazing. Never a guess on an answer but would find out the answer and get back to me rather quickly. After we closed it was discovered the garage door remote was missing. In less than an hour Chelsea texted me that the remote was with the former owner and it would be in the home that night and it was. A true professional and I will highly recommend Chelsea if ever asked.

Review Chelsea did an outstanding job of helping us sell our 2-acre property in Parma. Her local knowledge of the area and strong negotiation skills were the most important part of the sale. Chelsea was always available, and her response time is superior to any other agent we worked with previously. We highly recommend Chelsea Swan for your listing and real estate needs.

Review Chelsea has been an absolute delight to work with. Patient, professional and kind, she was always available and responded quickly to our calls and inquiries as we navigated purchasing a home from afar. She was fully in our court each step of the way and we would happily call her a friend in the end.

Review Chelsea made sure to get us exactly what we wanted. If we told her we didn't like something in a house we saw she made sure that that was excluded from any future viewing. Absolutely wonderful realtor, would recommend her to anyone.
