My wife and I first met Chelsea at one of her house hacking classes. If you are looking for an agent that understands house hacking and the investment side of real-estate there is nobody better. To give you an example, during our inspection we needed the furnace looked at by a professional (short timeline). She was able to get us quotes back the same day in order to negotiate for replacement. She is also great at estimating renovation costs and resale value of properties so that you are only looking at properties that make sense. She made the process very easy - can't recommend her enough!
