Chelsea Mercier

Chelsea isn't just a RealtorA(R)-she's a wife, a mother of two, dog lover, and friend to all. Having lived in Idaho, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Germany, and Italy, she and her husband have moved more times than she can count. That experience taught her not only the ins and outs of buying and selling but also the emotional side of it-and now she uses that knowledge to guide families with empathy, humor, and a steady hand.

With 5+ years of experience and the support of her teammate and Managing Broker, Wesley Harvey, of The Harvey Team at Onward Real Estate, Chelsea blends expertise with heart. Her mission is simple: make moving-whether across Nashville or across the country-feel seamless and stress-free. Clients love her approachable, loyal, and fun personality, as well as her commitment to communication and trust.

Chelsea thrives on connection. She loves hearing people's stories, celebrating new chapters, and helping families find homes where memories are made.

When she's not with clients, you'll find her walking Nashville's greenways at sunrise, playing ball with the kids, being a "mom taxi," catching live music, or trying out new restaurants. She's known for her fantastic hair, love of laughter, and ability to find joy in every season.

At her core, Chelsea lives by the Golden Rule: treat others how you'd like to be treated. For her, real estate is about more than houses-it's about people, kindness, and new beginnings.
