We knew based upon her background that she was incredibly organized, trustworthy, and responsible which was important to us because we had moved out of state and were not going to be around for any of the selling process. We were also having some work done before selling the home as well. We had to do next to nothing to make all this happen as Chelsea was there to organize all the contractors, set all the appointments, and make sure all the work got done as we expected it. Other than making a couple payments when needed, we didn't have to do a single thing, Chelsea took care of it all and that is exactly how we wanted it to be. Long story short, house was on the market for less than a day and we were extremely happy with the offer we received. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
